I think there is a considerable risk selling plant via garage sale without insurance. And most markets around here require now that you have your own insurance. As the stall fees are $30 at least, I don't know if there is much money to be made in the end. Do you have an insurance and what are you paying?

I did have insurance with traders voice which specialise in market insurance, are well priced, and give 20 mil cover, but now that I have changed to hobby farm insurance where the company covers market stalls so I don't have to have both. If I didn't change to hobby farm insurance I would definitely still be with Traders Voice, they are pretty good and friendly. www.tradersvoice.com.au/

There is something a lady on the market told me: they are sharing one insurance for three of them. It runs under one name. I must ask more about how they do it.
